Rosemantic

Rosemantic
This rose, chilled by the winter cold, wrapped its leaf around itself in a last attempt to make it through the season. It dried in this very position, as a testimony of its will to survive. This HDR picture gave it a silk appearance, particularly fitted for this colorful macro, for your viewing pleasure.

    I love all of the texture in this photograph, and the lighting really brings out the natural beauty of the rose and its surroundings. Your right, it is very rose-mantic. :)
