Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris Montmartre

Built on the verge of the first world war, the beloved Sacré-Cœur crowns Paris' liveliest neighborhood: Montmartre. The angular edges of the landmark, toped with domes of eastern influence detached from the cotton skies, blessed these HDR photos with a touch of almightiness, for your viewing pleasure.

  1. Gorgeous! I love the way the clouds blur, drawing your eye to the church. Love that place. When I was in Paris I'd walk up there every day.

  2. Thanks. I used to work nearby. There's definitely a natural mystic in that place
